Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email confirmation with a tracking number. You can track your parcel directly on the courier’s website for real-time updates.
In-Store Pickup
You’re welcome to collect your order from our practice in Wentworth Point, NSW. Please wait for an order ready confirmation email before visiting.
International Shipping
At this time, Lumiere Eyecare ships within Australia only. Please contact us if you require special arrangements.
Delivery Issues or Lost Parcels
If your parcel hasn’t arrived within the estimated time frame, please check your tracking link first. If it still cannot be located, contact us at sales@lumiereeyecare.com.au and we’ll assist in investigating the issue with the courier. Lumiere Eyecare is not responsible for delays caused by courier services or incorrect delivery details provided by the customer.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
We take great care in packaging every order. If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at sales@lumiereeyecare.com.au with your order number and photos of the item.
We’ll arrange a prompt replacement or refund in line with our Returns Policy.
